What data we process and why

• Alert, booking and contact forms: name, email, phone, postcode, delivery address, dates and number of people. Purpose: to answer your request, tell you when we open in your area and prepare the booking. Basis: your consent and, where there is a booking, performance of the contract.
• Dietary restrictions and allergens: these are health data. We process them only with your explicit consent, given in the form, and only to prepare your food safely.
• Calculator on the plans page: the data you enter is not sent anywhere; the calculation runs in your browser.

Recipients

Forms reach the picapoco team through an internal messaging service hosted in the European Union. We do not sell or share data with third parties. If we engage providers (email, payments, delivery) they act as processors under contract.

Retention

Opening alerts: until we open in your area or until you ask us to delete them. Booking data: for the duration of the relationship and the statutory invoicing periods.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time: write to hola@picapo.co. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
