Terms and conditions

These terms apply to picapoco bookings and subscriptions, operated by [COMPANY NAME]. Before the service opens, requests you send through this site are not contracts: they are enquiries we confirm by email with the final price and the payment link.

Plans and prices

Día 2, Día 3, Día 5, Semana 10 and Semana 14, with portion S, M or L. Prices are shown in euros including VAT, with delivery included in areas A, B and C. You are charged at each cut-off for what your box contains. No commitment.

Cut-offs

Día plan: changes and cancellations accepted until 12:00 noon on delivery day. Semana plan: Thursday 23:59 for the first delivery and Monday 23:59 for the second. Caja de vacaciones: free cancellation up to 72 h before arrival.

Delivery

Every evening between 6 and 10 pm at the address given. If nobody is in, we leave the cool bag at the door and send a photo. The bag and ice packs belong to picapoco: €15 deposit, refunded at the end.

Storage

Dishes are cooked the same day. Keep between 0 and 4 °C and eat before the date on the label. Once delivered, storage is the customer’s responsibility.

Allergens

Allergens are declared on the label and on each dish sheet in line with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. We cook in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens; we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces.

Withdrawal

As these are perishable foods prepared to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the cut-off has passed (art. 103 of the Spanish Consumer Act).

Complaints

hola@picapo.co. We reply within the working day. If a dish arrives in poor condition, we make it up in the next delivery or refund it.
